Online Kolam Competition 2025 The Online Kolam Competition 2025, organized by Jolly Tourism, is a vibrant celebration of South India’s timeless art, creativity, and culture. This event is designed to bring together kolam enthusiasts from across the region — from beginners to seasoned artists — to showcase their unique patterns and designs right from their homes. Kolam, also known as Rangoli in some regions, is more than just an art form — it is a daily expression of beauty, discipline, and devotion. Each kolam drawn brings positivity, harmony, and creativity to our surroundings. Through this competition, we aim to promote this traditional art among younger generations and give artists a platform to be recognized and celebrated.

  • Rules & Regulations – Online Kolam Competition
  • Theme: Traditional / Innovative / Festival Special (as instructed for the category).
  • Eligibility: Open to all participants across India.
  • Submission Mode: Only through the official Google Form (link will be shared after registration).
  • Kolam Type Allowed:
    • With dots (Pulli Kolam)
  • Surface: Kolam must be drawn on the floor (not on paper or digital device).
  • Original Work: Kolam must be drawn by the participant. Plagiarism / downloaded images will lead to disqualification.
  • Photo Submission Requirements:
    • Clear top-angle photo (full kolam visible)
    • No filters or editing allowed
    • Include a name card / registration number next to the kolam
    • Only one final entry allowed per participant
  • Time Limit: Kolam must be drawn and submitted within the date & time mentioned in the confirmation mail.
  • Judging Criteria:
    • Neatness & clarity
    • Creativity & design uniqueness
    • Symmetry & alignment
    • Colour usage (if applicable)
    • Theme relevance
  • Disqualification Conditions:
    • Late submission
    • Edited or AI-generated images
    • Multiple entries under same name
    • Using others’ kolam photo
  • Results & Certificates:
    • Winners will be announced via email & social media
    • All valid participants will receive E-Certificates to their registered email
  • Fee & Refund Policy:
    • Registration Fee: ₹199 (Non-refundable)
    • Refund applicable only if the event is cancelled by organizers
  • Decision: Judges' decision will be final & binding.
